Description: 

The Town of Huntsville is looking to replace and enhance various aging software systems and to ensure they meet all legislative requirements and management needs.

The objectives of this project is to find an adequate replacement of a work order management system and a public service request system that are compatible with each other as well as our current financial system (iCity), our ESRI GIS software and to meet the other requirements of this RFP as outlined in the request for proposal document.
