The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to accelerate the development of more attainable housing units within the Town of Huntsville.

The Town of Huntsville may consider, but not be limited to, innovative proposals from qualified and experienced for-profit and not-for-profit housing development proponents to increase the inventory of attainable housing, or make existing housing more attainable through partnerships between local government and private industry, or other agencies; and any other form of project.
